Kumara Parvatha, the fourth highest peak in the state of Karnataka is famous for its several challenging trekking trails. The trek starts from the Kukke Subramania temple; trails through the hard and long route of thick forest cover en-route the Bheem's rock. Midway the trek, we halt at Bhattarmane for a quickbite and a catch of breath. From there, we get through the clearance from the forest department and then begin with the toughest part for the trek- steep climbs with a 360* view of the hills all around. The trail continues passing through the Kallu Mantap and a bit further through the Shesha Parvatha. The final stretch ascends under the thick forest cover, followed by 60 degrees inclined rocky patch finally leading us to the peak.
